According to this, the seller conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer conditionally agreed to buy the assets at a cost of HK$0.15 billion.
The assets to be purchased by the buyer under the sales agreement include showrooms, service centers, warehouses, warehouse parking spaces, fixed assets (such as decoration, equipment and facilities, tools and office furniture), as well as test drives and office vehicles, inventory spare parts, etc.
