According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shaanxi Huada (301517.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Xi'an Junrong Electronic Satellite Fund Investment Co., Ltd. (“Xi'an Junrong”) plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 1.0803 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company’s total share capital, through centralized bidding or bulk trading from November 27, 2024, to January 25, 2025. Shareholder Peking Guoding Shichuang Junrong Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Peking Guoding”) plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 1.0803 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company’s total share capital, during the same period.
