Kingfisher Financial News | zhejiangexpress (00576) announced that the non-wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Jiaxing and two affiliated companies owned by the controlling shareholder, Jia Zhu and Jia Gong Underground Works, have entered into a construction agreement as a consortium contractor, with a service fee of approximately 1.973 billion RMB, for the improvement and expansion of the Zhejiang Jiaxing-Huzhou-Ningbo Expressway (Nanhu Interchange to Zhejiang-Jiangsu section) of a section.
According to the announcement, the project includes roadbed, roadbase, and the construction of the Xiu Lake interchange, with a planned construction period of 39 months. The Zhejiang Jiaxing-Huzhou-Ningbo Expressway (Nanhu Interchange to Zhejiang-Jiangsu section) has exceeded the maximum daily traffic volume and urgently needs expansion to improve carrying capacity and extend the concession operating period.
