JIG-SAW <3914> announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September 24). Revenue increased by 8.7% year-on-year to 2.589 billion yen, operating profit decreased by 4.6% to 0.444 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 2.6% to 0.496 billion yen, and net profit attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 13.9% to 0.36 billion yen. However, the company plans to relocate its headquarters in December this year, consolidating its current two Tokyo bases into one for significant business expansion in the future. They recorded relocation-related expenses of approximately 50 million yen as selling, general, and administrative expenses. Excluding these temporary relocation costs, the actual growth in operating profit is expected to be up 6.5% year-on-year and ordinary profit up 13.3% compared to the previous year.

The company is steadily advancing its research, development, business design, and various initiatives in the global field of system management, cloud management, IoT, IIoT, IoE (Everything) reaching to all substances and cells, and expanding human senses through the real integration of technology and humans in the IoA (Abilities) field, based on its unique core technologies. The company's data control business, encompassing the overall cloud and IoT sector, consists of stable subscription and recurring business models. During the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024, they continued to acquire monthly billing projects, resulting in a net increase of approximately 16.6 million yen in monthly billing revenue compared to the previous year. This has led to a positive growth in monthly billing revenue, reaching the highest level since its listing for the 39th consecutive quarter. With the global IoT market predicted to expand from 1.2 trillion dollars in 2023 to 2.6 trillion dollars in 2028, the demand for the company's global data control services is also increasing. In light of this, the company has strategically partnered with Lamplight Logistics, a provider of innovative solutions in real-time location information services (RTLS) in the USA, and SECOMIND USA, LLC, a leading company in artificial intelligence (AI). Furthermore, JIG-SAW PRIME, which comprehensively manages various clouds, saw its total transactions expand by 89.8 million yen (a 44.3% increase year-on-year). The company is also focusing on strengthening human capital management to achieve long-term corporate value improvement and sustainable growth. They have set a record high for future investments, with an increase of around 16.8 million yen compared to the previous year.

The company has not disclosed its performance forecast for the full year ending December 2024. Although they anticipate the highest revenue to date due to the strong performance of the business, uncertainties related to the expansion of the data control and global IoT businesses, as well as business investments, make it difficult to establish a fair and reasonable performance forecast at this time.
