The "Smart Hello Ticket" is a cloud-based ticket management system for leisure facilities, allowing web ticket sales with only credit card transaction fees. It supports reducing operational burdens and enhancing services.
"VS." is located in Umeda Kitaku 2nd District Development Project "Gran Green Osaka" within Umeda Park, serving as a cultural facility where people and ideas from various genres inspire each other, deepen relationships, and create new value through their creativity. The building houses 1400 square meters of space, including three distinct studios, becoming a creative space usable for various purposes such as exhibitions and music events.
This time, it was fully operational in just about 2 months of preparation, achieving a reduction in the burden of implementation personnel. By introducing the "Smart Hello Ticket," all on-site ticket, web ticket, and merchandise sales can be centrally managed on the cloud. Visitors can enter smoothly with QR codes and quickly share information within the facility.
