Tongfu Microelectronics (002156.SZ) announced on November 6th that on October 12, 2024, the company disclosed the "Pre-disclosure Announcement of Major Shareholder's Shareholding Reduction", whereby the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Industry Fund") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 45,527,907 shares (i.e. no more than 3% of the total shares of the company) in the 3 months following 15 trading days after the disclosure of the reduction plan (i.e. from November 4, 2024 to February 3, 2025), through centralized bidding or block trading. The company has now received a "Notice of 1% Change in Shareholding of Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd." issued by the Industry Fund.
