Zhitong Finance APP News, Nanjing Inform Storage Equipment(Group) (603066.SH) announced that on November 7, 2024, the company received the "Decision on Issuance of Warning Letter to Nanjing Inform Storage Equipment(Group) Co., Ltd. and Xu Qinye" ([2024] No. 211) issued by the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Upon investigation, the company implemented a share repurchase plan from July 3, 2019, to July 2, 2020, with a total of 6,522,826 shares repurchased. Regarding the company's repurchase of shares this time, the company should transfer them according to the disclosed purpose within three years.
