Gelonghui, November 7th - Chongqing Zaisheng Technology (603601.SH) announced that Chongqing Baoman is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Chongqing Paper Research Institute holds 51.6% of its equity. Minority shareholders and related parties Mattel International, Ms. Guo Sihan, and Ms. Duan Shourong respectively hold 40%, 1.5%, and 0.9% equity in Chongqing Baoman. Mr. Wang Zhihao, a natural person, holds 6% equity in Chongqing Baoman. Chongqing Paper Research Institute plans to use its own funds totaling 53 million yuan to acquire 40%, 1.5%, and 0.9% equity in Chongqing Baoman held respectively by related parties Mattel International, Ms. Guo Sihan, and Ms. Duan Shourong. Mr. Wang Zhihao waives his right of first refusal. After the completion of this equity transfer, Chongqing Paper Research Institute will hold 94% equity in Chongqing Baoman, while Mr. Wang Zhihao will continue to hold 6% equity in Chongqing Baoman. This acquisition does not affect the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements; Chongqing Baoman still remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
