Gelonghui November 7 | *ST京蓝(000711.SZ) announced that, in light of the company's overseas business expansion and operational needs, the company plans to jointly establish with partners [Li Yonghui], [Li Leilei] the yunnan Kingland Technology Eco-friendly Concept Co., Ltd. (tentatively named, subject to registration and approval, hereinafter referred to as “Kingland Technology Eco-friendly Concept”), with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, of which the company will contribute RMB 20 million in self-owned funds, holding a 40% stake; partner [Li Yonghui] will contribute RMB 22 million, holding a 44% stake; partner [Li Leilei] will contribute RMB 8 million, holding a 16% stake. Li Yonghui will be the actual controlling party of Kingland Technology Eco-friendly Concept. After the establishment of Kingland Technology Eco-friendly Concept, it will act as the investment entity and set up a wholly-owned subsidiary [Hong Kong Kingland Port Sand Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as “Kingland Port Sand”) in Hong Kong for the subsequent implementation of zinc-containing hazardous waste resource utilization business and related trading operations in Saudi Arabia. The registered capital of Kingland Port Sand is RMB 50 million (or equivalent in Hong Kong dollars), fully funded by Kingland Technology Eco-friendly Concept.
