Statistics from a Financial Services Association reporter found that three national commercial banks, including the Postbank and China Merchants Bank, have recently carried out “withdrawal operations.”
Why have many banks continued to carry out “withdrawal operations” recently? A Financial Services Association reporter noticed that each bank's official explanation was “to improve the customer payment experience.” A third party payment agency source told the Financial Federation reporter that banks have the initiative to adjust Alipay and WeChat Pay's quick payment transaction quotas. However, in order to promote consumption, Neng Bank chose to raise the relevant transaction limits.
