Citychamp (00256.HK) announced the following changes, which will take effect from November 11, 2024:
1. Fang Zhihua has resigned as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary;
2. Fang Zhihua will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and the authorized representative as stipulated in Section 16 of the company's articles;
3. Fang Zhihua has resigned as a director of several subsidiary companies of the company, except Fudi Banks Limited;
4. Ho Sukin has been appointed as the Company Secretary;
5. Ho Sukin has been appointed as the authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and the authorized representative as stipulated in Section 16 of the company's articles.
