Sakusa <6675> announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April-September 24). Revenue decreased by 10.3% year-on-year to 19.682 billion yen, operating profit decreased by 43.2% to 1.237 billion yen, ordinary profit decreased by 43.8% to 1.237 billion yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders decreased by 25.7% to 1.128 billion yen.

Sales of the Saksa brand business remained at the same level as the previous year at 6.892 billion yen (an increase of 0.026 billion yen compared to the previous year). The main factors were a decrease in security and disaster prevention, offset by an increase in business phone sales.

Sales of the OEM business decreased by 2.037 billion yen compared to the same period last year to 10.412 billion yen. The main reasons were a decrease in orders for specific customer business phones and new card units for amusement.

Sales of the System business decreased by 0.234 billion yen compared to the same period last year to 2.374 billion yen. The main reason was a decrease in sales due to a reduction in orders for system construction projects for specific customers.

For the full year ending March 2025, they have kept the consolidated performance forecast announced on May 29, which predicts sales of 42 billion yen, up 2.6% from the previous year, operating profit of 2.1 billion yen, down 37.2% year-on-year, ordinary profit of 2.1 billion yen, down 38.3% year-on-year, and quarterly net profit attributable to parent company shareholders of 1.4 billion yen, down 50.0% year-on-year.
