(referred to as "Teld") signed a "Charging Station Sales and Service Contract" with Beijing Yanyi Anqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yianqi"), with a total contract amount of approximately 0.528 billion yuan (excluding taxes). The announcement indicated that Yianqi is a joint venture company established by Huachen BMW Automobile Co., Ltd. and Mercedes-Benz (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
The subject of this trade is the charging stations constructed and operated by Teld as required by BMW, including but not limited to charging piles, charging guns, cables, LCD screens, charging power cabinets, charger modules, photovoltaic and lithium battery energy storage systems, low-voltage distribution cabinets, high-voltage box-type transformers, car buckles and ground locks, anti-collision bars, monitoring, fire protection, and other supporting facilities and corresponding suppliers' maintenance, repair, and service rights, as well as the leasing rights of the charging station premises.
