On November 11, Gelonhui announced that, in order to comply with the rapid development trend of the new energy industry, expand the scale of operation, enhance market competitiveness, the company's holding subsidiary Jianchen New Energy will participate in the bidding of the land use rights in the Cixi Smart Home Appliance High-tech Industrial Park in Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, auctioned by the Cixi Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and invest in the construction of the Smart Electric Green Energy Industrial Park project (hereinafter referred to as "this project").
The total planned investment of this project does not exceed RMB 0.466 billion (including the land auction price), divided into two phases. The first phase of the project plans to invest 366 million yuan; the second phase plans to invest 100 million yuan, and will expand the production line based on the development of the first phase of the project and future needs of the new energy industry. The specific investment plan will be determined separately.
The total investment of the first phase of this project is 366 million yuan, intending to purchase land, construct new plant buildings, build production lines, mainly for the research and production of new energy-related products such as ultra-fast charging, energy storage equipment and core components, energy management software. In the overall planning of the first phase project, Jianchen New Energy will use its own funds and self-raised funds for construction investment. The specific investment amount of the above projects is subject to the formal project's actual investment plan.
