(002515.SZ) announced that the company, along with Gongqingcheng Liheng Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Liheng Investment"), Gongqingcheng Yindun Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Yindun Investment"), Li Li, Zhang Xian, signed the agreement on the equity repurchase of Zhejiang Yindun Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as "Yindun Cloud Company" or "the target company", to transfer 12.2807% of the company's equity in Yindun Cloud Company for RMB 0.428 billion to Liheng Investment. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Yindun Cloud Company.
The listed company stated that due to the recent involvement of Yindun Cloud Company in the AI large-scale cloud industry, although its business has been developing rapidly, it is currently in a loss-making state. It is anticipated that it may be difficult to achieve the net income commitment of 0.1 billion for 2024, which may have an adverse impact on the company's performance in 2024.
