On November 11, Geelong reported that Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems (600481.SH) announced that the company recently signed a procurement contract for the condensing natural ventilation indirect air cooling system of the Zhejiang Energy Wuwei 2×1000MW peak-shaving thermal power unit project with Zhejiang Provincial Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "buyer"). The contract is for the condensing natural ventilation indirect air cooling system, including main related equipment, technical data, special tools, spare parts, personnel training and technical coordination, technical services and guidance, for the Zhejiang Energy Wuwei 2×1000MW peak-shaving thermal power unit project. The contract amount is RMB 0.148 billion yuan.
According to public information on the internet, the Zhejiang Energy Wuwei 2×1000 MW peak-shaving thermal power unit project is located in Minqin County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province. This phase of construction includes the development of 2×1000 MW highly efficient ultra-supercritical coal-fired air-cooled generators, along with the simultaneous construction of desulfurization and denitrification facilities. This project is a supporting power supply project for Zhejiang Energy Group's "Gan power into Zhejiang" project. Once completed, it will become one of the main peak-shaving power sources in the Hexi area, providing important power supply and peak-shaving support for transmitting direct current from the Tengger Desert in the west of the HeXi New Energy Base to Zhejiang as part of the 14th Five-Year Plan construction.
