Number of equity awards granted: 99,862; on the date of award, the company awarded 451 shares to Mikel A. Durham in accordance with the 2022 long-term incentive plan. These shares are awarded as compensation for their share positions as members of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee from September 2024 to May 2025, and are calculated on a pro rata basis.
