Dream Arts <4811> announced on the 30th that their business digitalization cloud for large enterprises, "SmartDB(R) (SmartDB)", has been introduced to Digital Garage <4819>.
Digital Garage is expanding its various businesses based on the largest domestic payment platform. In order to respond to strategic organizational changes, starting from April, they have successfully started using SmartDB(R) as the new workflow foundation for their 20 subsidiary companies, consolidating 30 types of workflows from 400 types. In July, they began operating contract operations using SmartDB(R) in conjunction with an electronic contract system, achieving integration with three electronic contract systems to accommodate the different requirements of each subsidiary. The input workload of applicants and system maintenance workload have been significantly reduced, leading to overall internal control strengthening of the subsidiary through automatic setting of approval routes and traceability management. They are planning to expand the business utilization range through collaboration with external systems in the future. They will advance cross-company data integration through the integration of dedicated systems for each subsidiary and SmartDB(R).
The company will continue to provide total solutions that contribute to strengthening on-site capabilities and enhancing corporate competitiveness.
