According to the data, the Chengdu Global Center InterContinental Hotel is the largest five-star luxury hotel in Chengdu, with a total construction area of 0.105 million square meters, including an above-ground area of 0.102 million square meters and an underground area of 0.003 million square meters. The hotel has 975 guest rooms, a 1150-square-meter meeting room, and a 2500-square-meter swimming pool. The room occupancy rate in 2023 was approximately 57%, with an operational revenue of around 0.23 billion yuan and an owner-assessed profit of 80 million yuan.
