(hereinafter referred to as 'Zhengzhou Shangfeng') is one of the important regional second-tier wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, aiming to expand its business in the surrounding areas through local recruitment, local management, local services, focusing on regional resources, deepening regional operations, and providing customers with more convenient and thoughtful services. Due to the expansion of its business, Zhengzhou Shangfeng needs to increase its registered capital.
The company held the fifteenth meeting of the fifth session of the Board of Directors on November 12, 2024. With 7 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions, the resolution of the "Proposal on Capital Increase to the Second-tier Wholly-owned Subsidiary" was approved. The meeting agreed that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Peking SDL Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Environmental Technology Company"), will use its own funds of 8 million yuan to increase the capital of Zhengzhou Shangfeng. After the capital increase, its registered capital will change from 2 million yuan to 10 million yuan. Environmental Technology Company will still hold 100% of its equity, and Zhengzhou Shangfeng will remain a second-tier wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
