We wouldn't blame Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE:R) shareholders if they were a little worried about the fact that Thomas Havens, the President of Global Fleet Management Solutions recently netted about US$630k selling shares at an average price of US$157. That's a big disposal, and it decreased their holding size by 16%, which is notable but not too bad.
