On the 11th, NSW<9739> announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending in March 2025 (April-September 2024). Revenue increased by 1.8% year-on-year to 24.208 billion yen, operating profit increased by 1.6% to 2.756 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 1.0% to 2.777 billion yen, and interim net profit attributable to parent company shareholders decreased by 1.8% to 1.905 billion yen.

Enterprise Solutions received orders worth 7.923 billion yen, a 2.7% decrease year-on-year, with revenue decreasing by 8.1% to 7.522 billion yen and operating profit increasing by 2.3% to 1.084 billion yen. Revenue declined due to a decrease in sales, despite strong performance in manufacturing-related ERP and related system development, following a decrease in previous period sales of system equipment. Profit increased due to an increase in high-profit projects.

Service Solutions received orders worth 6.878 billion yen, a 7.1% increase year-on-year, with revenue increasing by 12.0% to 6.808 billion yen and operating profit increasing by 11.1% to 0.24 billion yen. Revenue increased due to growth in IoT system construction-related and cloud infrastructure services. Profit increased due to enhanced project management in other projects despite the impact of unprofitable projects.

Embedded Solutions received orders worth 5.426 billion yen, a 1.4% increase year-on-year, with revenue increasing by 6.0% to 5.368 billion yen and operating profit increasing by 11.7% to 0.818 billion yen. Revenue increased due to strong performance in the automotive and mobility sector. Profit increased due to an increase in gross profit.

Device Solutions received orders worth 4.598 billion yen, a 0.6% increase year-on-year, with revenue increasing by 1.2% to 4.508 billion yen and operating profit decreasing by 12.9% to 0.613 billion yen.

For the full-year consolidated financial estimates for the fiscal year ending March 2025, revenue is expected to be 52 billion yen, an increase of 3.4% compared to the previous year, operating profit is expected to be 6 billion yen, an increase of 2.3% year-on-year, ordinary profit is expected to be 6.05 billion yen, an increase of 1.8% year-on-year, and net income attributable to Shareholders is expected to be 4.175 billion yen, a decrease of 2.6% compared to the previous year, adhering to the initial plan.
