CAC Holdings <4725> announced on the 12th its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January - September 2024). Revenue increased by 4.2% year-on-year to 39.145 billion yen, operating profit rose by 10.0% to 2.575 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 12.0% to 2.395 billion yen, and the quarterly net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders grew by 2.9% to 1.476 billion yen.

Domestic IT revenue grew by 8.8% year-on-year to 28.977 billion yen, and adjusted EBITDA increased by 4.7% to 2.893 billion yen. There was a decrease in revenue due to the exclusion of one subsidiary from the consolidation range (as of the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2023), but growth in financial and manufacturing customers at core subsidiaries and new consolidations due to M&A contributed positively.

Overseas IT revenue decreased by 6.9% year-on-year to 10.168 billion yen, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 14.6% to 1.359 billion yen. Despite the effect of the yen's depreciation and increased projects in the American and china markets, there was a revenue decline due to the impact of large projects in india recorded in the same period last year. On the other hand, profits have increased due to progress in structural reforms in india.

For the consolidated performance forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2024, the revenue is projected to increase by 1.9% year-on-year to 51.5 billion yen, and the adjusted EBITDA is expected to rise by 8.6% to 4.5 billion yen, maintaining the initial plan. From the fiscal year ending December 2024, the company group will adopt 'adjusted EBITDA' as one of the important management indicators to demonstrate the cash generation capability from business, and will disclose the consolidated performance forecast values based on 'revenue' and 'adjusted EBITDA' going forward.
