The bid price is 3,136,984,865.91 yuan. The project was awarded to the consortium, with the company as a member of the consortium, expecting to be involved in the bid amount of approximately 1.266 billion yuan (the final order amount is subject to the actual signed agreement).
The construction site is located south of Huanghai Road, north of Lianzhong Road, west of Heyuan East Street, and east of Caihe Street in the Zhengzhou Aviation Port Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone. The East Campus project has a planned land area of 181,335 square meters (equivalent to 272 acres) and a total construction area of 524,131.83 square meters. The construction includes a medical complex building, dormitory building, public health center complex building, fever clinic, underground parking garage, as well as roads, landscaping, and other supporting facilities.
