On November 14, Gelonghui reported that Baota Industry (000595.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Ningxia Electric Investment New Energy Co., Ltd. through a significant asset swap and issuing shares to purchase assets, while also planning to issue shares to no more than 35 specific entities to raise supporting funds. The company has received the principle approval from the Ningxia State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for the major asset swap and share issuance to purchase assets and raise supporting funds. This reorganization still requires approval from the company's shareholders meeting, as well as review and approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation. The company will strictly fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner according to relevant regulations.
