On November 14, Gelonghui reported that Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery (002126.SZ) announced plans to expand into the ASEAN market to meet customers' global localization supply needs. The company intends to use its own funds to increase its investment in Shanghai Yinlun by 120 million yuan, mainly for the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary overseas. The investment of 120 million yuan using its own funds in Shanghai Yinlun is primarily for the construction of the production base of the wholly-owned subsidiary MewahThermatek (M) Sdn. Bhd. planned to be established in Malaysia. This investment is the first phase of the project, mainly for the construction of MewahThermatek (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s production base, with fixed asset investment of about 90.5 million yuan and working capital of about 29.5 million yuan. The investment period is about 2 years, and based on existing customer forecasts, it is expected to reach production capacity by 2027.
