According to Zhituo Finance APP, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town (000069.SZ) announced that from January to October 2024, the company achieved a cumulative contract sales area of 1.338 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 20%; the contract sales amount was 19.96 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 42%. In October 2024, the company realized a contract sales area of 0.237 million square meters, an increase of 94% compared to the average monthly sales area from January to September, and a year-on-year increase of 72%; the contract sales amount was 3.03 billion yuan, an increase of 61% compared to the average monthly sales amount from January to September, and a year-on-year increase of 21%.

The company closely follows consumer trends, strengthens market research, and launches new products. Its subsidiary, Happy Valley, has enhanced the coordination of festive activities, receiving more than 1.2 million visitors during the National Day holiday. Tianjin Happy Valley and the Xiangyang Resort achieved the highest visitor numbers in history during the National Day holiday. In addition, the Amazing Toy Festival has been fully launched to enhance visitor experience. Since the Toy Festival began, it has received over 1.9 million visitors. From January to October 2024, the company's cultural tourism enterprises collectively received 68.28 million visitors.
