In October 2024, the company realized a contract sales area of 0.237 million square meters, an increase of 94% compared to the average monthly sales area from January to September, and a year-on-year increase of 72%; the contract sales amount was 3.03 billion yuan, an increase of 61% compared to the average monthly sales amount from January to September, and a year-on-year increase of 21%.
