Features of the exhibition
At this exhibition, our company will exhibit wet type/dry type magnetic separation processing using fine powder to contribute to our customers. We will showcase the MAGPICKER wet type and dry type permanent magnet drum magnetic separators.
We will conduct live demonstrations of the MAGPICKER wet type, where you can see the continuous separation and recovery of magnetic materials in liquids.

① MAGPICKER wet type permanent magnet drum magnetic separator
It is a device for recovering magnetic materials in liquids and slurries.
Equipped with a magnet drum using permanent magnets, the peak magnetic flux density on the drum surface is 9,000 gauss (except for some large models), designed to ensure a wide effective adsorption area. It is a multifunctional product that also comes standard with a dehydrator mechanism with rubber rollers.
Permanent magnet type drum magnetic separator MAGPICKER dry type
This device is used to recover metal foreign objects (ferromagnetic substances) that have accidentally entered the manufacturing process using fine powder.
It is equipped with a magnet drum using a permanent magnet, with a peak magnetic flux on the drum surface of 8,000 gauss, designed to secure a wide effective adsorption area.
Similar to the wet type, the magnet drum rotates continuously, automatically conveying and discharging the adsorbed foreign objects, making it suitable for inline processes.
