Gelonghui, November 15 | Genting Xinyao B (01952.HK) announced that since the company was unable to reach an agreement with Luo Bingxian on the auditor's remuneration for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, the board of directors has notified Luo Bingxian of the proposal to replace the auditor, and Luo Bingxian has agreed to resign as the company's auditor with effect from November 15, 2024.
Following the Audit Committee's recommendation, the board of directors has decided to appoint Ernst & Young as the company's new auditor with effect from November 15, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Luo Bingxian's resignation and remain in office until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
