According to a report from Zhito Finance APP, Lizhong sitong light alloys group (300428.SZ) announced that on November 15, 2024, according to Announcement No. 15 of 2024 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation regarding the adjustment of export tax rebate policies, starting from December 1, 2024, the export tax rebate rate for some refined oil, photovoltaic, battery, and some non-metallic mineral products will be reduced from 13% to 9%; and the export tax rebate for aluminum materials, copper materials, and chemically modified animal, plant, or microbial oils and fats will be canceled.
The company primarily operates in three major businesses: functional intermediate alloy new materials, recycled casting aluminum alloy materials, and aluminum alloy wheel products. Among these, functional intermediate alloy new materials and recycled casting aluminum alloy materials do not involve export tax rebates; although aluminum alloy wheel products do involve export tax rebates, they are not included in this adjustment list of the export tax rebate policy. Therefore, this policy adjustment will not affect the company's production operation.
