Gelonghui, November 18, 丨 China Communications Construction (01800.HK) announced that according to condition 5 (b) of the terms and conditions of the 1 billion dollar sub-guarantee perpetual securities (“securities”) issued by the issuer, it has issued a redemption notice today to redeem all securities on December 19, 2024 for the principal amount (along with accrued but unpaid interest as of the date of redemption (but not including that date).
At the date of the announcement, the outstanding principal amount of the securities was 1 billion US dollars. After redemption is completed on the redemption date, there will be no other issued securities. Therefore, the issuer will apply to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to withdraw its listing.
