According to the Zhixun Finance and Economics APP, Guixin Group (08349) announced that Mr. Li Wentai has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from November 18, 2024, in order to dedicate more time to his other responsibilities. Mr. Li Wentai will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, effective the same day.
Starting from November 18, 2024, Mr. Wen Peng will be appointed as an independent non-executive director; and Ms. Long Mei will be appointed as an independent non-executive director.
