On November 19, Ctrip Group (nasdaq: TCOM; HKEX: 9961) released its unaudited financial report for the third quarter of 2024.

According to Zhito Finance APP, on November 19, Ctrip Group (09961) released its unaudited financial report for the third quarter of 2024. Driven by the strong recovery in the tourism industry, Ctrip achieved a net revenue of 15.9 billion yuan. Among these, hotel booking business revenue was 6.8 billion yuan, transportation ticketing business revenue was 5.7 billion yuan, travel vacation business revenue was 1.6 billion yuan, and business travel revenue was 0.656 billion yuan. At the same time, Ctrip continues to strengthen its investment in product research and development and other technologies, with R&D expenses reaching 3.6 billion yuan, accounting for 23% of the quarterly net revenue. Cross-border travel has been a highlight of this year's tourism market, and Ctrip's outbound flight and hotel bookings in Q3 2024 have fully recovered to 120% compared to the same period in 2019.

In Q3 2024, Ctrip empowered the performance growth of one million partners through multiple measures: providing intelligent upgrades to the Xixian Xiaoxitian scenic spot, the first domestic 3A game filming location, assisting Xixian to become the top county in tourism growth during the National Day; collaborating with Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring scenic area for a starry night concert with 10,000 participants, innovating combinations of concerts and sand sliding, driving tourist flow at the scenic area to increase by 46% compared to 2023 during National Day; launching the "worry-free fixed price" car rental product in the domestic market, resulting in a 90% decrease in vehicle damage disputes and a 22% year-on-year increase in related store orders; upgrading Ctrip's hotel "Hotel Service Market" platform, where procurement of operating materials has now served 0.09 million hotel merchants, saving an average of 5% in procurement costs for hotels; continuing to promote rural revitalization through high-end homestays, with two Ctrip holiday farms established in Hunan Zhang Jia Jie and Ningxia Zhongning, with nearly 95% of local employees. As of Q3, 34 Ctrip holiday farms have been established, with overall farm overnight stays increasing by 71% compared to the same period in 2023.

Ctrip actively creates job opportunities for the industry, helping to attract new talents and promoting talent return within the industry. In Q3 this year, Ctrip launched the "Tour Guide Platform" in the domestic market, covering over 2,000 destinations globally and providing systematic training and certification, fair traffic distribution, and order revenue guarantees for over 0.1 million guides. As of Q3 this year, Ctrip has directly driven employment for over 0.1 million people, and together with service providers offering hotel, flight, ticketing, and transportation services on its platform, indirectly driven employment for over 10 million people.
