In order to quickly promote the marketization and industrialization of gas turbine business development, Gas Turbine Company has initiated a capital increase and share expansion project. In order to establish a closer strategic coordination relationship with Gas Turbine Company, deeply participate in the development of the gas turbine industry, and share the dividends of future civil gas turbine industry development, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dawn Company, respectively intend to increase capital to Gas Turbine Company with a total of 20 million yuan of their own funds through a non-public agreement. The final price at which the company and Dawn Company will increase capital to Gas Turbine Company will be consistent with the capital increase price solicited from the intentions by Gas Turbine Company.
