On November 19, Gelonghui reported that *ST cultural investment holdings (600715.SH) announced a restructuring plan. This restructuring will use the existing total share capital of cultural investment holdings of 1,854,853,500 shares as the basis to implement a capital reserve fund transfer to increase share capital at a ratio of approximately 11.88773 shares for every 10 shares, totaling 2,205,000,000 stocks (the final number of stocks to be transferred will be subject to the actual registration confirmed by China Clearing). After the transfer is completed, the total share capital of cultural investment holdings will increase to 4,059,853,500 shares. The above increased shares will not be distributed to the original contributors, and will be allocated and disposed of according to the provisions of the restructuring plan, of which 1,000,000,000 transferred stocks will be used to introduce restructuring investors, and the remaining 1,205,000,000 transferred stocks will be used for the company's debt repayment.
