Gelonghui, November 19th | Guangzhou Haige Communications Group Incorporated (002465.SZ) announced that the board of directors has approved its wholly-owned subsidiary, Peking Haige Shenzhou Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haige Shenzhou"), to participate in the bidding for the transfer of 49% equity held by the natural person shareholder, Liu Heng, in Wuhan Jiarui Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuhan Jiarui"), a subsidiary of Haige Shenzhou's holding company, through public listing. The final transaction amount will be determined by the bidding result, and there is a certain degree of uncertainty as to whether the transaction can be completed. If Haige Shenzhou is confirmed as the ultimate transferee, after the completion of the transaction, Wuhan Jiarui will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haige Shenzhou.
