Resona Group's Saitama Resona Bank (President Sato Fukuoka) and the Saitama Small Business Association (Representative Director Kumie Komatsu) today signed a "Cooperation Agreement for Solving Issues and Revitalizing the Region for Small Businesses" with the aim of contributing to the development of small businesses and the revitalization of the regional economy in Saitama Prefecture.
By leveraging the strengths of both parties, a mutual support system will promote the sustainable development of enterprises and the growth of the regional economy in Saitama Prefecture.
Small businesses face various challenges in sustainable management, such as labor shortages due to a declining working-age population and succession issues due to aging management. Through this cooperation agreement, Saitama Resona Bank will provide solutions related to human resources and business succession to member companies of the Saitama Small Business Association and offer insights on business planning obtained through training conducted by the Saitama Small Business Association to support the management of enterprises in the prefecture.
