According to the audit committee's recommendation, Peking Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants LLP has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective November 19, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Zhonghui Andar, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
