Zhitong Finance App News, HUISEN SHARES (02127) issued an announcement. The company noticed that Ganzhou Nankang District Urban Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. (Nankang Development Group) (as plaintiff) brought civil mediation with a total amount of RMB 0.229 billion against several defendants, including but not limited to Mr. Zeng Ming, a former director of the Company; Ms. Zeng Minglan; and several subsidiaries of the Group, including Ganzhou Huiming Wood Co., Ltd. (Huisen Furniture), Huisen Mingda (Longnan) Co., Ltd. (Huisen Furniture) Da), Ganzhou Eggeson Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. (Egson), Weiye Health Technology (Longnan) Co., Ltd. (Weiye Health) and Huisen Smart Home Technology (Longnan) Co., Ltd. (Huisen Smart Home). Since Mr. Zeng Ming was unable to settle the claim, Huiming Timber, Egson, Huisen Furniture, Huisen Mingda, Weiye Jiankang, and Ms. Zeng Minglan must assume repayment obligations as guarantors. The outcome of the mediation is final and no further appeal is permitted.
On September 18, 2024, the People's Court of Nankang District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province issued an enforcement order against these subsidiaries and some of their assets.
As of the date of this announcement, the above plaintiffs have taken no enforcement action.
The company also notes that Longnan Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (Longnan Development Company) (as the plaintiff) brought civil mediation with a total amount of RMB 0.119 billion against several defendants, including but not limited to Mr. Zeng Ming; Ms. Zeng Minglan; and several subsidiaries of the Group, including Huisen Furniture, Huisen Mingda and Huisen Smart Home. Since Mr. Zeng Ming and Huisen Furniture were unable to settle the claim, Ms. Zeng Minglan must assume the repayment obligation as a guarantor. The settlement is final and no further appeal is permitted.
On the date of this announcement, the People's Court of Longnan City of Jiangxi Province did not issue an enforcement order.
Enforcement has sufficient collateral. Based on available data, the Company believes that enforcement will not affect the Group's financial position and business operations.
