The shenzhen airport education base project is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, adjacent to shenzhen bao'an international airport, covering an area of 0.05 million square meters, with a total construction area of 0.116 million square meters and a maximum building height of 61.8 meters, classified as a large high-rise public building. Upon completion, the project will serve the civil aviation system, providing education and management training for relevant units in the civil aviation and state-owned asset systems, and will act as a research platform for the aviation industry to promote professional skill development. shenzhen das intellitech will leverage its rich experience accumulated over the years in the field of smart buildings and parks, enhance comprehensive technological strength through innovation-driven approaches, and integrate various innovative applications for high-rise public buildings, providing a smart space overall solution for the project, covering multiple subsystems including information facility systems, smart card application systems, building equipment management systems, video surveillance systems, entrance and exit control systems, and parking management and space guidance systems.
