Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group (000061.SZ) announced on November 20th that the company held the twentieth meeting of the ninth board of directors on November 19, 2024, with 13 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions, approving the "Proposal on Investing in the Shanghai Haijixing Huinan Project." To strengthen the company's layout in the CNI Yangtze Index region's agricultural wholesale market, it was agreed to establish a joint venture with shanghai construction group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "shanghai construction group"), Shanghai Pudong Commercial Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pudong Commercial Group"), and Shanghai Huiyuanan Commercial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huiyuanan Company") to invest in the "Shanghai Haijixing Huinan Project." The total investment of the project is not more than 3 billion yuan, and the registered capital of the project company is not more than 1.3 billion yuan, with the company holding a stake of no less than 51%.

The shanghai Haijixing Huinan Project is located in Huinan Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai, covering an area of approximately 438 acres (specific to the land contract), with a total investment not exceeding 3 billion yuan. The project will be positioned as a first-level comprehensive agricultural products logistics and trade center in Pudong New District, leveraging the location advantage of Huinan Town in Shanghai, focusing on the development of agricultural import and export businesses, and aiming to become an important distribution center for agricultural import and export in the CNI Yangtze Index region and even nationally.
