On November 20, Gelonghui reported that chahua modern housewares (603615.SH) announced that it recently received a notification from its actual controller, informing that on November 19, 2024, an equity transfer agreement was signed with Shenzhen Dama Technology Information Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dama Technology"). Mr. Chen Guanyu, Mr. Chen Kuisheng, Mr. Chen Fusheng, and Mr. Lin Shifu plan to transfer their holdings of 14,509,200 shares, 5,985,400 shares, 12,900,000 shares, and 3,029,100 shares (a total of 36,423,700 shares, accounting for 15.06% of the company's total equity) to Dama Technology at a price of 18.60 yuan per share through an agreement. This agreement transfer will not lead to a change in the actual controller of the company, nor will it have an adverse impact on the company's governance structure or ongoing operations.
