Soilbuild will work on Projects in Tampines and Bedok.
Soilbuild Construction has secured two new contracts worth $85.5m for projects in Tampines and Bedok.
The projects include the construction of a 10-storey multiple-user industrial development at Tampines North, as well as a precast and prefabrication contract for the supply and delivery of precast components to an HDB project at Bedok.
The Tampines North project will be built to achieve the eco-sustainable rating of Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy under the Building & Construction Authority's (BCA) Green Mark Certification Scheme.
With the addition of the new contracts, Soilbuild Construction's order book rose to approximately $1.23b.
