各施設の入口付近の壁材として用いた陶板は、機内食用の食器を一部再利用しており、一つ一つ職人の手で製作された焼物独特の色味や風合いをお楽しみいただけます。ANA SUITE CHECK-INの壁面にはユネスコ無形文化遺産にも登録された伝統技術の一つである左官壁を採用しました。なお、床材に使用した天然素材のリノリウムは製造過程でカーボンニュートラルを実現しています。

- - From December 2024, Haneda Airport domestic flights ANA SUITE CHECK-IN and ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN will be renewed.
- By adding counters and introducing state-of-the-art security inspection machines, the waiting time has been reduced, allowing you to pass through the security inspection smoothly than ever before.
From December 2, 2024 (Monday), ANA will renew the ANA Suite Check-In for ANA Mileage Club Diamond Service members, and from December 18 (Wednesday), it will renew the ANA Premium Check-In (North) for ANA Mileage Club Premium Members and Premium Class customers, followed by the renewal of ANA Premium Check-In (South) in the summer of 2025.
ANA Suite Check-In has been completely renovated, allowing you to comfortably complete the procedures in a luxurious space by increasing the number of counters. ANA Premium Check-In has installed digital signage and refreshed the overall layout to improve convenience. With this renovation, there is no need to remove laptops or liquids from your carry-on baggage during security checks, and the introduction of Smart Lanes allows you to pass through the inspection area even more smoothly than before.
The ceramic plates used as wall materials near the entrance of each facility are partially made from reused in-flight dishware, allowing you to enjoy the unique colors and textures of pottery individually crafted by artisans. The wall of ANA Suite Check-In features a plaster wall, a traditional technique registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Additionally, the linoleum used as floor material achieves carbon neutrality in the manufacturing process.
In the future, ANA will continue to create spaces where you can experience the hospitality of ANA using traditional Japanese techniques, while also continuing efforts to improve customer convenience and promote resource recycling.
