Dai Fukushiga Plant of Dai Fukushi Co., Ltd. (Hino-cho, Shiga Prefecture) recently received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for Vocational Skills Development in the Reiwa 6th year, and our company's Managing Executive Officer and Shiga Plant Manager, Yasuhisa Mitsuhon, attended the awards ceremony held at the Meiji Kinenkan (Minato-ku, Tokyo) on November 20th.
This award system recognizes exceptional contributions to the implementation of certified vocational training, skill testing, and promotion of skill development over many years, honoring exemplary companies or organizations, and individuals with remarkable achievements. Among these, 19 facilities, including our company, were selected as excellent companies with significant achievements in skill testing.
As part of employee self-development, efforts have been made to promote skill testing, holding internal pre-training sessions before the examination and striving for skill improvement. Moreover, the importance of the skill testing system has been recognized, actively contributing to the promotion of skill testing activities through providing examination venues, dispatching examiners, and supporting skill improvement.
In the Dai Fukudai Group, we will continue to secure and develop excellent skilled workers who will lead the future, and strive to maintain and improve the skills necessary for production.
