KOSE Co., Ltd. “Eruboshi Certification” is a system that certifies companies with excellent conditions relating to the promotion of women's active participation, etc. based on the Act on the Promotion of Women's Participation in Work Life (Women's Advancement Promotion Law). From the viewpoint of a work environment where it is easy for women to demonstrate their abilities, they are evaluated on the following 3 scales according to the criteria of the 5 evaluation items “recruitment,” “continuous employment,” “work style such as working hours, etc.,” “ratio of management positions,” and “diverse career courses.”

・Meets 3-4 criteria: Level 2 (2 stars)
・Meets 1-2 criteria: Level 1 (1 star)

As one of the key issues in the medium- to long-term vision “Vision for Attractive Beauty Partner*1,” which was announced in November 2024, the Group has set the theme “Supporting social opportunities” to provide opportunities for everyone to play an active role regardless of their attributes.
