On November 21, Gelonghui reported that Guangdong Enpack Packaging (002846.SZ) announced that it recently received a tax matter notice regarding financial expenses of the company's convertible bonds from the Second Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation in the Haizhou District of Shantou City. After the company's self-inspection, it was found that the taxable corporate income tax refundable for 2019 amounted to 0.7695 million yuan, corporate income tax payable for 2020 was 1.8054 million yuan, corporate income tax payable for 2021 was 1.5789 million yuan, and a penalty for late payment of 1.8507 million yuan (as of the actual payment date). After offsetting the tax refund against the owed tax, a total amount of 4.4655 million yuan needs to be paid. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has fully paid the aforementioned taxes and penalties as required, and the tax authority has not imposed any penalties for this matter.
