According to a report from Zhito Finance APP, Youan Design (300983.SZ) announced that during the process of obtaining property certificates, it was recently learned that due to a contract dispute between the seller of the property, Xiangyang Greenland Iron Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiangyang Greenland"), and a third party, the court issued an enforcement ruling, resulting in the four properties that the company purchased from Xiangyang Greenland, located at Unit 601, 701, 1201, and 1301, Building 5 of the Xiangyang Intercity Space Station E plot in Xiangyang City, being sealed by the People's Court of Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang City (referred to as "Xiangzhou Court"). These four commercial properties were fully purchased and actually occupied by the company prior to being sealed. Currently, the company has submitted a written "Objection Application" to the Xiangzhou Court, requesting the lifting of the seal on the aforementioned four commercial properties.
