TSE Growth Market 250 Index 635.64 +4.48 / Volume 90.61 million shares / Trading value 85.7 billion yen

Today's growth market saw a rebound in both the TSE Growth Market Index and the TSE Growth Market 250 Index. The number of rising stocks was 323, falling stocks were 216, and unchanged stocks were 48.

Today, the growth market developed positively. The previous day, on the 20th, the Dow Jones Industrial Average in the US market rebounded. Geopolitical risks persisted due to reports of Ukraine launching British-made long-range missiles in Russian territory. In addition, following selling pressure due to aversion to rising long-term interest rates, the Dow turned upward towards the end of trading as attention focused on the earnings report of NVIDIA, a semiconductor company believed to drive the market.

Despite the mixed performance of the US stock market, the TSE Growth Market Index rebounded at the start. After peaking in the morning, it remained in positive territory and flat. Following NVIDIA's earnings report and extended hours trading trends, a segment of semiconductor-related prime market experienced widening declines, causing the Nikkei average to trend negatively. However, in the emerging markets, focusing on top market capitalization stocks maintained a positive trend. There may have been increased interest in lagging domestic stocks, which are less influenced by external factors.

In individual stocks, Kaiom <4583>, which signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Asahi Kasei Pharma, topped the list with a 50% increase as it entered the daily upper limit, while BTM <5247>, which announced the establishment of a subsidiary specializing in AI technology, hit the daily upper limit with a 23% increase. Additionally, Cube <7112> continued to rise after announcing the introduction of a shareholder benefits program and increased by 19%. Among top market capitalization stocks, names like Trial <141A> and GENDA <9166> maintained positive trends, with Mercury <5025>, Qualipus <4894>, and F-Code <9211> featuring prominently in the list of top gainers.

On the other hand, Kubell <4448>, which had recently risen significantly, saw profit-taking dominate, leading to a 17% decline as the top loser, while Ispace <9348>, which had been trending down recently, declined by 9%. Furthermore, Aclit <4395>, which had recently risen, also saw profit-taking dominant, resulting in an 8% decrease. Among top market capitalization stocks, names like LifeNet <7157> and Integral <5842> continued to trend negatively, with GMO Financial Gate <4051>, THECOO <4255>, and Schoo <264A> appearing among the top decliners.

In the TSE Growth Market Core Index, stocks like Cover <5253>, GENDA, and Free <4478> experienced gains.
