Eget good holdings (00064.HK) announced that the group expects the profit for the six months ending September 30, 2024 to decrease by approximately 100,000,000 Hong Kong dollars, a reduction of about 50% to 60% compared to the same period last year.
The reduction is mainly due to (i) a decrease in the fair value of the group's investment properties based on the latest property valuation results; and (ii) an increase in the provision for net impairment losses on receivables.
